After an initial consultation with you, we will create a scope of work and a budget, and provide you with a contract that specifies all of the work to be completed, how we will complete it, and how we will be compensated for that work. Working from a contract and budget ensures that there are no surprises in the scope of service or costs as your project proceeds. We believe the only time you should see a change order is when you change your mind about an aspect of the project or the scope of work changes due to unforeseen circumstances – never because we at DesignTech have not done our job thoroughly.
