Kathy Guyitt, Florida State Certified General Contractor (1517959) and President of DesignTech of Southwest Florida, Inc. won THREE Pinnacle Awards for excellence in remodeling at the Lee Building Industry Association’s 2011 industry awards gala: Best Kitchen Remodel for a private residence in The Brighton at Bay Colony, and two Merit Awards for The Peace River House project in Punta Gorda: Whole House Remodel and Best Bath Remodel.

The Lee BIA Pinnacle Awards honor the best in new construction and development, remodeling, and interior design throughout Southwest Florida.
